By accessing or using AstroViral Analytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility & Service Description

AstroViral Analytics is a web-based social media analytics platform providing hashtag trend analysis, competitor tracking, engagement analytics, and data export for Instagram and TikTok. Users can sign in, connect social accounts via OAuth, manage a personal analytics dashboard, and export data.

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

3.2 Termination: Accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our systems may be suspended or terminated.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. All payments via Stripe.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from account settings; takes effect at end of current period.

Refunds: Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans: no refund after billing date.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not violate Instagram, TikTok, or Meta API terms
  • Do not scrape data beyond what our platform provides
  • Do not resell or redistribute data without permission (except White-Label)
  • Do not use the service for illegal activities
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer our software

6. Intellectual Property

  • Platform, design, and code owned by BY Sirius Group Ai & Technology Co.
  • Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Meta, TikTok, and Stripe, each subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
  • Accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from third-party APIs (TikTok, Instagram, Meta)
  • Specific analytical results or business outcomes

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for data unavailability caused by changes to third-party platform APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BY Sirius Group Ai & Technology Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
