All payments processed securely via Stripe.

• Monthly plans: billed every 30 days from signup date
• Annual plans: billed once per year, 20% discount applied
• You will receive an email receipt after each payment

• Upgrade: takes effect immediately, prorated charge applied
• Downgrade: takes effect at next billing cycle, no partial refund
• Plan changes can be made from Settings → Billing

• Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No automatic refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law

2. Second retry after 5 days
3. If still failing, your account is paused
4. You receive email notifications at each step

Update your payment method at Settings → Billing → Payment Method

• Prices shown exclude VAT/sales tax
• UK customers: 20% VAT added at checkout
• EU customers: VAT based on your country
• US customers: Sales tax where applicable
